I left it to inflate and air out with a window open for two days and the smell is basically entirely gone. I slept on it for the first time last night and it’s comfortable, and an incredibly thick mattress. Definitely worth the price. I feel very elevated off the floor which I like. Amazon Review: From the beginning this mattress was easy to set up. Just cut the plastic and unroll. The smell was minimal and it inflated to full size within hours or less. I personally love the mattress. My husband does not because he feels he gets too hot. I wake up feeling no pain. The only thing I do not like is that I will get a small amount of hip pressure pain by laying on my side which I’ve gotten with every mattress and I’m primarily a back sleeper so for me it’s not a big deal. This is a medium firm mattress in my opinion. What I LOVE most about the mattress is there is no motion transfer.
